CHANGE YOUR LIFE IN 30 DAYS
The Whole30 is a 30-day reset program to help change your health, habits, and relationship with food. For 30 days you will eliminate potentially problematic foods and you will then reintroduce them one by one and examine how they affect you. After the introduction phase, you will then learn what it means to be in your food freedom!
The Whole30 is NOT a diet! There is no counting, calorie restriction, and in fact, you actually are not allowed to step on the scale for the duration of the 30 days. That's right, It's time to break up with the yo-yo diet cycle!
No added sugar of any kind (real, natural, or artificial)
No alcohol in any form (even for cooking)
No grains of any kind (wheat, oats, rice, quoina etc. and even corn)
No legumes (beans, chickpeas, peanuts and all forms of soy)
No dairy (all forms. cow, sheep, goat)
No Carrageenan, sulfites or MSG
Do not consume baked goods, treats, or junk food with approved ingredients. (Yes, this includes tortillas)
Do not step on the scale for 30 days! (this is not a diet, remember?)

So what will you be eating? Nothing but whole, nutrient-dense foods. This includes Meat, Seafood, eggs, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and healthy fats.
