Here are some of the recipes I'll be using for next week's meals. Some of them I've made 100 times before but I'm throwing in a couple of new ones too! Beef & Broccoli - this is an old one, I think I took part of it from Nom Nom Paleo but I've been making it so long I don't remember for sure 1 lb ground beef 1 1/2 tsp coconut aminos 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar 1/2 tsp salt 1 lb broccoli florets 3 tbsp coconut aminos 2 tbsp sesame oil 1 1/2 tsp Red Boat Fish Sauce 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1 clove minced garlic 1/4 cup beef bone broth 1 tsp arrowroot 1/2 tsp salt Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, and salt. Steam broccoli until tender. Combine coconut aminos, sesame oil, fish sauce, ginger, garlic, bone broth, arrowroot, and salt in a small saucepan. Heat stirring constantly just until it comes to a boil. Pour over broccoli and toss to coat. Buffalo Chicken Casserole 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 1/2 - 2 tbsp Frank's Red Hot 2 tbsp Ranch seasoning mix (I make my own and keep it on hand) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 lb cooked shredded chicken breast 1/4 lb compatible bacon, cooked and chopped 3 cup roasted sweet potato chunks 1/4 cup sliced green onion Stir together almond milk, hot sauce, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add chicken, bacon, sweet potato, and green onion. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350º 30 minutes or until bubbly. I'm going to make some cauli-potato mash and green beans to go with this I make the Green Beans, Peppers, Mushrooms, and Onions that is in one of the Whole30 books to go with these.

I love pretty much every recipe I've ever tried from paleo running momma but this is by far my favorite. I have to be careful with these sugar free cranberries, though because I would eat them all day long. They are way better than Craisins! https://www.paleorunningmomma.com/paleo-breakfast-hash-whole30-egg-free/
