Whole30 Oomph Hash

Updated: Sep 18

Honestly, this is barely even a recipe! You can use whatever you would like or whatever you have on hand. I made this hash with veggies from my garden and sausages I had in my fridge!

Use the Build Your Own Whole30 Hash Template to come up with your own hash!

I used:

Potatoes

Onions

Garlic

Zucchini

Kale

Chicken & Apple Sausages

Oomph No 1 Duxelles Buy here!

Oomph is the super shortcut here! And the fun thing is you can use any blend you would like so you can switch it up or make it your own. Check out all the blends here.

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet on medium heat, add one tablespoon of oil

  2. Add 1 diced onion and saute for a few minutes until it starts to turn translucent

  3. Add 1 clove of minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute

  4. Add in diced potato, make sure to cut these into small, bite-size pieces, so they cook quickly.

  5. When potatoes are slightly tender add in the diced zucchini

  6. Add in Oomph! I just season to taste here. Play around with your flavor combos!

  7. Cook until potatoes and zucchini are soft

  8. Add in sausage & kale and cook until meat is warmed through and greens are tender

  9. Enjoy!

This dish comes together in under 30 minutes and only uses one skillet to cook with! It is super quick & easy but has powerful flavor thanks to the Oomph!
