Umami Zoodles

This is the perfect easy Whole30 side dish.



Ingredients:

  • ️2-3 medium zucchini

  • ️1 tablespoon avocado oil

  • ️2 tablespoons coconut aminos

  • ️2 teaspoons Oomph cooking blend #6 Shiitake Umami

  • ️1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ️pinch of salt and pepper


Directions:

  • ️Spiralize zucchini into noodle shape

  • ️Combine coconut aminos, oomph #6, garlic powder, and salt & pepper in a small bowl

  • ️Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat

  • ️Add in Zoodles and cook for a minute or two

  • ️Add in sauce mixture and stir to coat all the zoodles

  • ️Cook until desired texture. I like them still a little crunchy
