Jessica could not have been a better coach for my first Whole30. She took the time to send me personalized information on nursing during a Whole30 which made me more confident I could successfully complete the month while continuing to nurse my son. I had a more restrictive Whole30 because I was combining it with the autoimmune protocol, and Jessica was again a huge asset by helping me understand what I could and couldn't have to make the month a true Whole30. She was engaged throughout the entire month and the reintroduction phase, and I felt like the group was a big priority to her. From multiple Facebook posts a day, to morning emails and homework, Jessica made me feel supported and I don't think I could have made it through the month without her encouragement!

I cannot begin to express how life-changing the Whole30 program with Jess has been. I tried to start this program once before, but without the added accountability of having a coach and a small community of other people doing the Whole30 with me, I don't think I would have been as successful. I constantly felt supported and heard when expressing how I felt and what I was going through, and it was so helpful to know others could understand. It's absolutely a journey to find Food Freedom, but I know I'm one step closer to it!

This was my fourth true (by the books/no swypo) Whole30 and second proper reintro. Jessica’s daily emails were a great morning greeting to encourage me to stick with my Whole30 and the daily homework was helpful and although sometimes challenging and pushed me out of my comfort zone, kept me in-check. Jessica was extremely responsive to both the Facebook group convos as well as private emails. She was always encouraging and those little messages were just what I needed to hear to keep me going.

Jessica’s program was exactly what I needed to help me complete the whole 30. Accountability to a coach and group was key to my success. Knowing that the group was counting on me and I had to share my meals daily kept me on track! The preparation, planning and sharing was also very helpful! I am super proud that I completed the 30 days including the reintroduction! I never could have done this on my own! My NSV’s were more than anticipated; no more afternoon crash and sugar/carb cravings, knee pain subsided, bloating gone/down at least one size and wedding rings fit again, no headaches! And people noticed! One of the moms my sons game commented on how absolutely beautiful I looked! Wow! It actually went by fast! Thank you coach Jessica!

For about 5 years my feet were in pain. They said I had plantar fasciitis. I got steroid shots in my feet for 4 years and then they quit working. I tried the surgery. I didn't work. I kept telling my Drs that I felt like I was walking on glass. I had glass shards and marbles in my feet. The top of my feet hurt so bad, they told me I was tying my shoes too tight. I was so frustrated. I was finally sent to Neurology. I was diagnosed with small fiber peripheral neuropathy. It attacks the whole body, even can attack your organs. It also had triggered fibromyalgia. I was devastated. I was in so much pain. Nothing really helped. I just knew I was bound for a wheelchair. And to top it off I was a newly wed. My husband was frustrated watching me not knowing how to help. The depression got worse. I started thinking about what I was putting into my body. There had to be some kind of answer. I was told to try an anti-inflammatory diet. It was hard. My emotions just wanted to eat.
I finally gave up and decided to try Whole 30. I got a coach, Jessica Salinas, because I knew I couldn't do it myself. Jessica helped me plan my meals and figure what was Whole 30 approved and what was not. I was off on a new adventure that I really didn't want to do but I was at my end. Jessica coached me the whole way. Teaching me to "Bless" my body with food. I thought about all the crap I used to eat and decided to try blessing my body instead of putting garbage into it.
The first few weeks were pretty hard. Going off of my favorite foods, Bread, and sugar. I had a headache for two weeks detoxing. After that, I was starting to feel a little bit better. My coworkers would bring doughnuts to work and I would text Jessica, Help! She would let me know that it wasn't worth it, just to give it the whole 30 days. She was there for me through every hurdle. I would not have completed it without her. I was accountable to someone for the first time and that really helped.
I finally got to the "Tiger Blood" and I felt great! I was super excited about how I was feeling. Some of my pain was gone but I felt good on the inside. After I finished the Whole 30 I didn't want to add any more foods because I felt so good. So I kept going. About day 40 I suddenly realized that the glass and marbles I was walking on were suddenly gone! I felt amazing! I told everybody that has any pain to try eating this way. My life has become joyful again. I can walk again. I can shop again. I am so unbelievably thankful to Jessica for keeping me going. I had no idea how much my life would change!
I now try to add back little things in food freedom. I find what I can eat and what causes me pain. I was a complete sugar and white flour addict. I now never want to touch them again! I’m free from my addictions and free from pain!
